Hill Carrow, CEO

Hill Carrow is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Sports & Properties, Inc. Hill's extensive background in sports tourism and management, naming rights and sponsorships, facility development, and marketing includes executive positions with Olympic Properties of the U.S., the U.S. Olympic Committee, Sara Lee Corporation, and North Carolina Amateur Sports. Hill has secured naming rights and sponsorships totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and he has delivered similarly large amounts in event economic impacts to communities across the country. His successful facility development projects include top-tier sports complexes such as WakeMed Soccer Park, the USA Baseball National Training Complex, Boombah Sports Complex, and the Art Van Sports Complex. 

Hill's deep experience in events ranges from grassroots to the Olympic Games. He has headed the organizing committee for more than 100 major national and international sports events including multi-sport, national championships, and Olympic trials, among others. As the founder of the State Games of North Carolina, North Carolina Amateur Sports, the Triangle Sports Commission, the North Carolina Sports Association, and the National Association of Sports Commissions, Hill is considered a leader of the national sports tourism industry. Accordingly, he was inducted into the inaugural class of the National Association of Sports Commission's Sports Tourism Hall of Fame.
